simple questions map the future

since i have been talking to a bunch of peeps i find that most ppl try to map the future with extremely often unnecessary complex questions cuz the human mind for some reason loves this. but this is often detrimental. for me, the future yields to simple questions, but asked in the right sequence. something like: is this useful? if it becomes that, is it still useful? three or four of those & you have an excellent trajectory.
complexity stacked on complexity compounds noise. but this type of simple sequence cuts that by orders of magnitude.
ppl think the world rewards adding, but the rarer skill is knowing what & when to subtract.
