my dream store: stationery, world-class coffee, plants, music, and books in one room

at some point i'd like to open a stationary store with premium products, a coffee shop sourcing the world's best beans, a plant/flower store, a chill music lounge with floor seating, & a book store all in one.

with pure mid century modern / wabi sabi aesthetics. it would feel like you're in a zen garden mixing in concrete / glass / greenery throughout.

it'd be a total cliche but ppl would still lose their minds at such a concoction.
