mobile coffee and margarita truck with live tracking

i want to start a set of trucks that serves amazing coffee, breakfast sandwiches, & tacos in the morning, then transforms into a margarita truck at night.

it can be at the right place at the right time & you can always see it's real time location in a web app. e.g.

• outside office buildings & school dropoffs at 8am.
• near parks & gyms at noon.
• outside apartment complexes at 6pm.
• it can be at festivals, concerts, & events.

basically an ice cream truck for adults.

instead of making people come to the business, the business comes to them. why hasn't this been done already?
